per ora mi basterebbe settare lo schermo a 75hz per averlo perlomeno utilizzabile, ma mi dice

l'inglese lo sò, ma non sò come risolvere il problema di natura tecnica.

Prova a dare l'opzione uninstall, come hai fatto, al file che ti sei scaricato dal sito nvidia (quello con estensione run).
