Ora sono connesso con il kppp e lo stesso mi ha modificato il file resolf.conf introducendo le ultime 2 righe.
Le prove che ho effettuato precedentemente con kinternet hanno dato esito negativo

Fatto, riavviato il pc ma il problema persiste. Ho lanciato il kppp da terminale e questo è il risultato:
